The Career Services Division of JF&CS develops its programs in response to the needs
of the Atlanta business community. We customize outcome-oriented programs
to optimize organizational resources grow the talent pool, and enable companies to be
more competitive in their markets by increasing the performance of individuals and teams.

When it is necessary for an organization to downsize or restructure, JF&CS can be your
partner throughout the process, from employee notification through Career Development
workshops and programs, and a unique technology application.

Our Outplacement Services use the most current technology and philosophy for
assisting individuals and groups in career transitions. The Online Career Counselor is a
state of the art website designed tool that assists clients in exploring career options,
designing their strategy and conducting an effective search. We utilize Assessments
that provide individuals or small groups understanding of their core values, interests,
abilities, temperament and personality. This understanding provides a pathway to
optimal fit in career choices. In addition, Career Counselors and Life Coaches provide
support, structure and encouragement to people in career transitions.
