Respite Services - Provides respite support to families who have children with
developmental disabilities living at home. Services are available for families with
children ages 3 and up. |
Alterman/JETS Transportation - Provides escorted transportation to adults with
developmental disabilities and seniors including to those needing a wheelchair lift
van. |
Zimmerman-Horowitz Independent Living Program - Provides supports to
adults with developmental disabilities living in the community that enables and/or
enhances self-sufficiency. |
Tools for Independence WORKS - Assists and supports adults with developmental
disabilities in finding and retaining meaningful employment and/or alternative vocational
activities. |
The Larry Bregman M.D. Educational Conference - Provides adults with
developmental disabilities, their families, caregivers and professionals who work in
the field, an affordable educational conference that focuses on topics and issues
specific to them. |
