At JF&CS, you'll get a personal Career Coach and Business Relations Specialist to help you with anything and everything you need to be successful.

Our proven PATH program makes sure you're ready to go - and our business relations experts make sure the right people in the community know all about you and your skills.

We also offer additional support services if you need them, including transportation, individual group counseling, and access to our food pantry and dental services.

Get your career in gear with a free, half-day Bootcamp or a two-hour LinkedIn Workshop

Workshops are free of charge and open to the community.

We invite you to attend a half-day boot camp workshop which will cover job search strategy, resume, cover letters, networking, interviewing techniques and salary negotiation. This half-day boot camp will help prepare you to achieve your job search goals.

Once each month we also offer a two-hour LinkedIn workshop.

Boot Camps and LinkedIn Workshops are held at the JF&CS office at 4549 Chamblee Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody.

Please park around the back of our building in the large parking lot area and enter our building through Entrance B.

Employers are being overwhelmed with applications. How does one find the right candidate? JF&CS' Career Services can provide answers to your staffing needs.
We provide a no-fee resource that manages the hiring process from start to finish. While many placement firms are focused on industry-specific categories, we embrace a broad range of candidates and employers, paving the path for productive business solutions. To help ensure you make the best hire for your firm or organization, our Job Placement Specialists thoroughly prescreen all applicants, sending you only the most qualified candidates. All services are provided with a small fee of 5% of candidates' first year annual earnings.

Career Services develops programs in response to the needs of the Atlanta business, government and non-profit communities. We customize outcome-oriented programs to optimize resources, grow the talent pool and enable organizations to be more competitive in their markets by increasing the performance of individuals and teams. Career Workshops

Introducing PATH

Prepare, Aim, Train, Get-Hired

This program will help you achieve your job search goals. Through PATH you will create a strategic job search plan, marketable resume and cover letters, enhance interviewing techniques and more.

It begins with attending a one-day boot camp workshop which will cover job search strategy, resume, cover letters, LinkedIn, networking, interview techniques, and salary negotiation. After the boot camp, you will be matched with a Career Coach who will work one-on-one with you to customize the strategies and material you learned in the boot camp.

The next step in PATH is an introduction to our placement team who will keep you in mind for open positions that may be a fit for you. This is an additional resource to your job search plan, as decided upon by you and your coach. Your coach will remain a resource from start to finish of the PATH program and your job search.

Boot camps will take place at various locations around Atlanta and the full PATH program is currently offered at no cost. Let’s get you signed up for the boot camp that is most convenient for you.
